Disability insurance is designed to provide income replacement when a sickness or injury occurs that prevents an individual from working. The coverage and benefits are customized based on the individual's income level and specific needs, providing a crucial safety net to help cover living expenses and maintain financial stability during a period of disability.

A coverage specifically for business owners, overhead expense disability insurance provides for the ongoing fixed expenses of a business if the owner becomes disabled and is unable to work. These fixed expenses may include rent, utilities, employee salaries, insurance premiums, and other regular business costs. The policy helps to keep the business running smoothly and financially stable during the owner's disability.

Critical illness insurance provides a lump sum payment to the insured individual if they are diagnosed with a specific critical illness covered by the policy. The illnesses covered may include major conditions such as cancer, heart attack, stroke, or organ transplant. Critical illness is a great option for individuals who need a supplement to their disability coverage or can’t qualify for traditional disability coverage.  It can also be used to provide disability type coverage to a non-working individual.

Long-term care insurance provides coverage for the costs associated with long-term care services. These services can include assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, dressing, and eating), skilled nursing care, and services provided in assisted living facilities or nursing homes. Long-term care insurance helps to protect individuals from the high expenses of long-term care and allows individuals to receive the care they need while preserving their assets.  We emphasize coverage that allows for care in your own home, and often refer to your coverage as “nursing home avoidance insurance”.

Our agency offers individually owned health insurance plans; These are a great replacement for our clients that do not have access to a group insurance program.  Most of our clients that utilize this coverage select policies that allow for Health Savings Accounts contributions; these contributions can be made to accounts owned and controlled by the policy owner with potentially tax-deductible contributions.  For our clients with small businesses that would like to start group health plans, we have partners that can set up and service these plans.
